BRUCE KAPLER

BIOGRAPHY

Kapler joined the CBS Orchestra on November 1, 1993. He is a musician of many trades including alto, tenor, and baritone sax, flute, clarinet, recorder, keyboards, percussion, as well as vocals. Kapler's affiliation with Letterman began on "Late Night" in 1988 as a musician and arranger. It was the first of over 30 appearances on the program, which culminated with a nomination for an Emmy Award as Musical Arranger for the "Late Night with David Letterman's" 10th Anniversary prime time special. Kapler is originally from Long Island, NY and currently resides in both New York City and Huntington, NY.
